Being a vertically set-up apparel manufacturer with our fabric mills located in both China and Vietnam gives us competitive advantage in accessing many kinds of knitted material in short lead time, managing flexible MOQ through our supply chain network.

We pay attention to the environmental concerns in our purchase as we believe in green sourcing as it contributes to environmental sustainability as compared to sourcing without recycling.

We collaborate closely with suppliers to provide value-adding services (Embroidery, Printing and Wet Process) with innovation, build the mutual trust and deliver tangible benefits to our customers. Our ERP system allows the monitoring of suppliers’ performance metrics such as quality and on-time-delivery.

APPAREL ENGINEERING & SAMPLE MAKING

There is a saying that “Your proto sample is like breathing life into your design”.

Apart from developing new products, our passionate tech team ensures the desired prototype is of good quality and design, make certain its practicality for mass production and avoid over design. From the very first prototype our IE team is committed to improving production techniques/efficiency by reducing the SAM and control the materials consumption to the minimum.

Our centralized sample making at factory achieved 95% on-time delivery rate.

MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE

In JSON, we invest on the latest automated production technology and production management system (PMS) to maintain the highest levels of quality and keeping up with customers’ demand for technically advanced suppliers. LEAN system & 5S philosophy are also widely practiced in all our production facilities. By believing in continuous review, improve and refine approach, our aim is to reduce costs and increase efficiency by eliminating all unnecessary activities in our manufacturing processes.
